This online payment system allows you to make a payment with a Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit card. To use this system, your online payment amount will need to include the credit card fee. Please review section A below before proceeding to payment.

(A) How to calculate the Credit Card Fee
Note 1 … If our accounts team has already reissued you with an updated invoice that includes a credit card fee line, you may skip to section B – How To Make an Online Credit Card Payment below with your total amount inclusive of GST & CC fee. If you haven’t been sent a reissued invoice that includes a credit card fee, please continue to Note 2 below.
Note 2 … To calculate the online payment amount inclusive of credit card fee, you will need to manually add 2.9866% + $0.30 per transaction to the total invoiced amount (inclusive of GST) when using an with Australian credit card. If using a non-Australian international credit card, please refer to section D below and then return to Note 3 below.
Note 3 … Please contact our accounts team on accounts©spacerescue.com.au if you would like help calculating or confirming the credit card fee to be included within your new total amount when making your online credit card payment.
Note 4 … Your help ensuring the correct online payment amount (inclusive of the credit card fee), will help us to match your payment against your order. This will assist with faster processing.
(B) How To Make an Online Credit Card Payment
Step 1 … Firstly click on the PayPal Credit Card logo button in section ‘C’ below
Step 2 … Add in a ‘description’. This can simply be your invoice ID number. (eg INV 2341)
Step 3 … This is a CHECK step. Before entering your online payment amount in Step 4 below, please check Notes 1, 2, 3, & 4 above to ensure your payment amount includes the correct credit card fee.
Step 4 … Where it says ‘price per item’ add in your payment amount here (inclusive of credit card fee and GST), please leave the ‘quantity’ as 1, and then select the ‘Continue’ button.

(D) International Credit Cards – How to calculate the credit card fee
For non-Australian international credit cards, you will need to manually add 4.0583% + $0.30 per transaction to the total invoiced amount (inclusive of GST), unless it has already been added within the invoice. Please return to Note 3 above.
(E) Payment Problems
If this system responds with advice “cannot accept this card”, we recommend that you contact PayPal directly on 1800 073 263. PayPal will be able to test your card and advise you accordingly.
